Lifetime Access is for the lifetime of the Service or product. If for any reason, Le Wild Explorer should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the Service or product terminates.

Group Travel Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and participation in trips, tours, and related services (“Trips”) organized by Le Wild Explorer LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a Trip with us, you (“you,” “traveler,” or “participant”) agree to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Le Wild Explorer LLC.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Minors may participate only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and with written consent.
- Booking & Payments
Each trip may have specific booking and payment requirements listed on its individual trip page.
A deposit is required to reserve your spot. The amount of the deposit varies by trip and will be clearly stated in the booking details.
Full payment is due 30 days before departure, unless otherwise specified.
Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted through the methods listed on our website or booking platform.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Traveler Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing (via email).
Refund eligibility varies by trip, but in general:
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure are eligible for a partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposits and any unrecoverable third-party costs).
Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Trip details.
Each trip may include its own specific cancellation terms, which will apply in addition to these general Terms.
Company Cancellations
Le Wild Explorer LLC reserves the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, or events beyond our control.
If a trip is canceled by us:
You may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your payment to another trip.
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses (e.g., flights, visas, insurance) incurred before the Trip is confirmed.
We strongly advise not to purchase flights or non-refundable arrangements until we confirm that your trip is proceeding as scheduled.
- Changes to Itinerary or Pricing
We make every effort to operate Trips as described, but circumstances may require adjustments to itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or activities.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes for safety, logistical, or other operational reasons.
Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible. Price adjustments due to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, or supplier changes may occur before final payment is made.
- Minimum Group Size
Each Trip may require a minimum number of participants to operate. This minimum will be listed in the trip details.
If the minimum is not met, we may cancel the trip and provide a full refund or offer an alternative date or itinerary.
- Traveler Responsibilities
By booking a trip, you agree to:
Provide accurate personal information during booking.
Ensure your passport, visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents are valid for the entire duration of the trip.
Follow all local laws, customs, and safety instructions from Le Wild Explorer LLC staff or guides.
Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility issues that may affect participation.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the group’s welfare.
- Travel Insurance
Le Wild Explorer LLC strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of property.
Participation without insurance is at your own risk.
- Health, Safety & Fitness
Some Trips may include walking, moderate physical activity, or exposure to varying weather conditions.
You are responsible for determining your fitness level and ensuring that you are medically able to participate.
- Liability & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in travel activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or damage to property.
By joining a trip, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Wild Explorer LLC and its representatives are not liable for:
Personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from natural disasters, strikes, government actions, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers providing transportation, lodging, or other services.
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected.
- Photography & Media Consent
During trips, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
By participating, you grant Le Wild Explorer LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such images for marketing, unless you notify us in writing before the trip that you do not consent.
- Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
- Force Majeure
Le Wild Explorer LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
- Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued bookings or participation after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
